Enjoy the cruise of the alps, here is the environment that I worked on for a rally buggy game inside of Unity 3D. My focus was to create a photo realistic environment that worked over a 2 km area.
This uses Unity’s default terrain with my Splatmap generator and a few other plugins. The foliage was created using Speedtree, the textures for the foliage was captured from the local park with my canon 760D. The rocks was sculpted and created low poly meshes for LoDs, The textures were created from previous outing at the park, however these were turned into a smart material with Quixel so i can texture all the rocks quickly.
For the roads and railings. these were modeled and using a spline plugin from the asset store, created editable roads and assets to lay on the environment.
